I was pressure washing my deck and the pressure hose split. I thought to myself let’s see if this tape is really any good. I dried the hose the best I could and taped it up. I went back to work and it really held at 1300 psi. So I guess that Rescue Tape is REALLY GOOD. Thanks for a product that is GREAT!

I drive a Freightliner Century. On a trip to Nashville, TN I broke down with an air leak, I wrapped the air line with my Rescue Tape, and made it back home to Middlefield, Ohio for repairs. Rescue Tape is extruded of high performance silicone. It is self-adhering and self-fusing, and cures at room temperature. Its high thermal conductivity allows rapid heat dissipation, resulting in lower temperature rise.

Rescue Tape is suitable for use wherever a tough, high temperature (to 500° F/260° C), permanently resilient insulation or seal is required.
Properly installed, Rescue Tape provides a moisture-free permanent seal around hoses, tubes and wire harness bundles, offering low cost solutions to common problems in extreme environments.
